Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will:
Deliver high-quality/detail-oriented outputs
Be well-versed in Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and optionally SharePoint, to effectively support documentation, reporting, and operational tasks
Possess a positive attitude and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with business application and analytics platforms
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation capabilities
Demonstrate an understanding of key business drivers and leverages business acumen to evaluate and support business change request
Quickly adapt to new tools and processes
Demonstrate a strong sense of teamwork and initiative
Thrive in complex and fast-paced environments

Qualifications

Strong academic credentials or relevant project/internship experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
Strong analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
Ability to work with business applications and analytics platforms
Solid understanding of business drivers and ability to support business change requests
Quick adaptability to new tools and processes
Excellent teamwork, initiative, and a proactive attitude
Comfortable in complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environments
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
